Your enquiry draft stays in the browser
The project enquiry tool prepares text locally. It does not send the form fields to a website server or save them in site storage. The draft remains in the page while you use it; a downloaded brief remains on your device. Please do not include credentials, financial records or sensitive personal information.
When you choose a contact channel
Opening the WhatsApp action passes the prepared text to WhatsApp. Opening the email action passes it to your email application. Those services handle information under their own terms and privacy notices, and you decide whether to send the message. Direct telephone, email and WhatsApp links are also available. The website does not embed those services.
Correspondence we receive
If you send an enquiry, the operator receives the contact details and information you choose to provide. These are used to reply, assess the project and prepare an offer. Pre-contractual steps you request and, where relevant, the legitimate interest in managing business correspondence provide the basis for this handling. Accepted projects can also require contract administration and legally required accounting records. Enquiries are not automatically added to a marketing list.
How long information is kept
Correspondence is retained while needed to handle the enquiry or project and any necessary follow-up. Payments through Stripe
Project payments are made through Stripe after the scope and quotation are agreed. Card details should be entered only in the agreed payment flow, never in the website enquiry tool. Stripe handles information for its payment services under its own privacy notice. This website does not embed checkout, load Stripe scripts or accept a payment.
Website storage and measurement
No analytics, advertising tags or third-party embeds are active. Fonts and images are served with the website. A preference record is stored in your browser when you acknowledge the privacy notice; the cookie notice describes it. The website is hosted on the operator’s server and delivered through Cloudflare for network delivery and security. Technical requests can include an IP address, requested URL, browser information and time. Server access logs rotate with a bounded storage limit; the retention interval therefore varies with traffic. This technical processing supports delivery, troubleshooting and security rather than audience profiling. Cloudflare also processes technical traffic under its own privacy arrangements. Avoid putting private information in page URLs.
International services and transfers
BeyondPHP is operated from Romania and works with enquiries from other countries. Cloudflare, Stripe and a contact channel you choose may process information through their own international operations. Their privacy notices explain their roles and international processing arrangements. The place you visit this website from does not mean your information will remain in that country. Contact the operator if you need more information about a particular project or recipient before sharing personal data.
Your rights and contact
Depending on the applicable circumstances, data protection law provides rights including access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. These rights have conditions and are not absolute. Contact the operator by email so the request can be assessed. You may also complain to the competent supervisory authority; in Romania this is ANSPDCP. Identity may need to be confirmed proportionately before private information is disclosed.

This website presents business website services and is not directed at children. The enquiry tool is not intended for health records, identity documents, payment-card information, account passwords or other sensitive material.
