Reviewed at two useful points.
Agree the structure and visual direction first. Then review the working pages and contact journey before launch. The proposal sets the number of revision rounds and how new requests are handled.

BeyondPHP / Our process
A structured journey from the first conversation to a considered website, with responsibilities, review stages and commercial arrangements agreed along the way.
Start with your projectFour stages. One coherent direction.
Your audience, your ambitions and what your website needs to do. We start with the right questions.
Discovery covers the audience, the existing website and the actions visitors need to take. We identify useful content, important URLs and features that depend on other systems, so the proposal starts from the actual business rather than assumptions.
What this stage clarifiesAn agreed audience, goals, content inventory and feature requirements.
A clear structure and a visual direction built around your business, with scope agreed before development.
The structure gives every page a role. We organise the navigation, agree the visual direction and clarify which copy, photographs and brand materials will be provided or created. Any dependencies and exclusions belong in the written scope.
What this stage clarifiesA sitemap, visual direction and a scope with clear responsibilities.
Thoughtful design, responsive pages and content that helps people understand your offer.
Design and content are reviewed together in working pages. Feedback is gathered against the agreed scope, with attention to the mobile experience, readable information and useful contact journeys. Proposed changes are discussed before they affect the work.
What this stage clarifiesResponsive pages and the agreed content, reviewed in a working preview.
Review, test and prepare for launch. Then agree a straightforward way to keep your website current.
The launch review covers the agreed pages, links, contact flow and public information. You approve the result before publication. Handover explains the delivered scope, ownership arrangements and how to request future content or feature changes.
What this stage clarifiesDocumented checks, owner review, launch approval and an update plan.
The scope and quotation set out the work, content responsibilities, payment schedule and delivery arrangements before you accept. Payment is made through Stripe using the agreed process. Any change to the scope is discussed before additional work is undertaken.
Discuss your project ↗An example to discuss
This example makes the conversation concrete. It is not a fixed package, price or delivery promise. Your accepted proposal defines the exact pages, revision rounds, responsibilities and schedule.
| Part of the project | Example deliverable | Agree before work begins |
|---|---|---|
| Structure & content | Homepage, service overview, selected service pages, About and Contact; useful legal notices. | Exact page list, copywriting, who approves business facts and image rights. |
| Design & review | A visual direction and working responsive pages, with review on phone and desktop. | Feedback owner, revision rounds, acceptance criteria and any additional design directions. |
| Discovery & contact | Page titles, descriptions, sitemap, internal links and the agreed enquiry journey. | Actual receiving channel, measurement choices and any existing URLs to preserve. |
| Handover & care | Delivered scope, account ownership, publishing responsibilities and a process for requesting edits. | Included support, response arrangements, recurring costs and responsibility for connected services. |

Checkout, customer accounts, live stock, booking confirmation and integrations need explicit assessment. Hosting, domains, paid assets and ongoing care are included only when the proposal says so.
We confirm timing after the page list, content readiness and dependencies are understood. Payments are through Stripe after scope and quotation are agreed; currency and milestones belong in that proposal.
Publishing is a separate decision. Before it happens, the agreed scope, contact flow, privacy notices and critical website journeys need to be reviewed. Search visibility and real visitor performance are monitored after launch rather than promised in advance.
