The useful answer
A London dental practice website should help patients understand the practice, available services and the route to an appointment. We plan the public information layer separately from clinical records and booking systems. Dental professionals must review the accuracy and appropriateness of the published material.

The details, when you need them.
Design for the first patient decision.
A patient considering a practice needs more than a treatment list. They may be looking for the location, access information, how new patients are handled and who will provide care. We make those decisions visible early, using clear language and a mobile layout that keeps contact and appointment instructions easy to find.
For a London practice, location information should describe the real clinic rather than a broad list of neighbourhood names. Provide the correct address, opening arrangements and any practical access details the practice can confirm. We do not invent a local branch, accessibility feature or emergency service.
Give professional information a named reviewer.
The General Dental Council publishes guidance on advertising and practice websites, including professional identity, registration information, practice contact details and complaints information. The practice should review the current guidance and confirm the content it is responsible for publishing.
Our role is to structure and present approved information. Treatment claims, specialist titles and clinical explanations need review by the appropriate dental professional. We do not promise treatment outcomes, imply a qualification that has not been confirmed or create patient testimonials to populate the design.
Keep appointment enquiries separate from patient records.
The public website can explain treatment categories, introduce the team and direct a visitor to the practice’s agreed appointment channel. An enquiry route should make its purpose clear and avoid encouraging visitors to include medical histories, scans or other sensitive clinical details in an ordinary message.
An existing booking service may be linked or integrated after reviewing its requirements, privacy implications and ongoing ownership. Clinical records, patient accounts and secure messaging are separate systems. A static public information layer does not make those connected services automatically secure or suitable.
A considered launch, with a plan to stay current.
Before launch, the practice reviews team information, treatment wording, contact links, complaints information and the appointment journey. We also agree who supplies future changes when clinicians, services or opening arrangements change. A prepared website still needs current content and responsible oversight.
BeyondPHP collaborates remotely from Romania; London is the market for this project, not a claim of a local office. The written scope defines the pages, approved content, integrations, review milestones and update handover. Payment terms and currency are agreed in the quotation, with payments through Stripe.
Coordinating your London project.
A dated planning reference: Friday, 23 October 2026 at 16:00 in Romania corresponds to Friday, 23 October 2026 at 14:00 in Europe/London. This illustrates remote coordination, not guaranteed meeting availability. We confirm the actual date and local time before arranging a call, and use written reviews between meetings.
A practical next step
What to prepare.
- Nominate the clinical reviewer
Identify who approves professional details, treatment information, specialist wording and the practice’s published claims.
- Confirm practice information
Collect the real clinic address, contact details, access information and current complaints and appointment instructions.
- Map the appointment route
Explain which system handles booking and which information may safely be requested through the public website.
Questions worth asking.
Will you write clinical treatment advice?
We can help organise and edit practice-approved information, but the appropriate dental professional must review clinical statements. Website design does not replace that professional responsibility.
Can the public website replace our patient system?
No. Patient records, authenticated accounts and secure clinical communication require separate systems and assessment. The public website can provide a clear route to your existing approved service.
